Site's Policy

The website www.terrauma.co.il ("the Website") is operated by the TERRA UMA Association and also serves as an online store for purchasing wine and related products ("the Product").
The masculine form used in these terms is for convenience only and refers equally to all genders.
Purchases made through the Website are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
By making a purchase on the Website, I consent to receive direct marketing communications, promotional messages, and notifications via email, SMS, and other electronic means.
Making a purchase on the Website constitutes a declaration by the customer that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These terms constitute a binding contract between you and the Association.

The Website enables customers to conveniently, easily, and securely purchase the Product online.
The Product may be purchased on the Website at any time while supplies last.
Purchases on the Website are made by credit card only, and the transaction will be processed upon approval by the credit card company. The buyer must be at least 18 years old.
The Product price on the Website includes VAT.
The Association reserves the right to discontinue marketing and sales of the Product at any time and to revoke purchasing rights at its sole discretion.

A purchase may be canceled by contacting the Association’s customer service via phone or email. Cancellation is only valid upon receipt of a fax or email confirmation from the Association approving the cancellation.
If cancellation is approved, the Product must be returned to the Association at the customer’s expense. The Product must be in its original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice, and returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Cancellation rights are governed by the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2011, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
If the cancellation occurs after the customer has received the Product, the customer shall bear the cost of shipping the Product back to the Association in addition to any cancellation fees.
The above cancellation policy applies only to products purchased through the Website. The Association will not handle returns of products purchased via other channels.

The Association will deliver the Product to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase within 14 business days.
The Association is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery caused by force majeure or events beyond its control.
The Product will be shipped to the address given by the customer at the time of purchase. Customers may also collect the Product from the Association’s offices or choose to pick up the Product themselves.
The Product price does not include shipping costs unless otherwise stated in promotions.
Shipping of wine products is limited to within the State of Israel.

The Product warranty covers significant defects in the Product’s body and/or operation caused by the Association.
The warranty period is 30 days from the date of purchase.
Warranty applies only to customers who hold original proof of purchase and whose purchase was made through the Website. The Association reserves the right to request proof that the customer is the original purchaser.
The exclusive remedy for any defective Product under warranty is repair or replacement. The Association’s total liability for any defective Product will not exceed the purchase price paid for the defective Product.
Warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use: ____________ (fill as needed).
The Association shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of the Product, including incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law. The customer bears all risk and responsibility for loss, damage, or injury to themselves, their property, or third parties arising from use or non-use of the Product, except in cases where damages are caused by the Association’s sole negligence.
To activate the warranty and receive service, customers should contact the Association at office@terrauma.co.il.

The TERRA UMA Association, along with affiliated companies and subcontractors acting on its behalf and under the same standards, may use the information provided in the purchase form to provide you with requested information and services. Personal information will not be disclosed or used for additional marketing purposes without consent.
The Association takes reasonable precautions to maintain the confidentiality of information. It is not responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by loss or unauthorized use of data due to circumstances beyond its control or force majeure.
The Association commits to using personal information only for facilitating the purchase process on the Website and in accordance with applicable law.
By clicking the “Submit” button, you consent to TERRA UMA or its representatives using your personal information to provide product information and related services via email or other means. Your information may also be used for market research. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting office@terrauma.co.il.

All intellectual property rights on this Website and the online store are the exclusive property of the TERRA UMA Association.
No content or information from the Website or the online store may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or otherwise used without prior written consent from the Association.

The interpretation and enforcement of these terms, and any dispute arising from them, shall be governed solely by Israeli law.
The competent courts in one of the districts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Haifa, Jerusalem, or Be’er Sheva shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
